In Delhi you may buy an SFS DDA MIG flat with this amount in certain areas only. Property rates have shot up during the past two years in Delhi.

Bangalore's new areas may get you a good house with this amount, particularly like Jalahalli, Yehlanka areas and other outskirt areas of the city.

Delhi: It is impossible, unless in a village like Shahpurjat, Andheria More, Khirki (Nr Malviya Nagar), you can't be sure of the registration / clear title. Possible in Noida, may be Sec 51, 34, etc. (i recently bought a flat for Rs 25L (15W+10B)+incidentals of abt Rs 0.85L...its a MIG in Sec 34, second sale, top fl., 2BR, 2B abt 3 mths back, now i have offers for Rs 37L.). Or else try in may be Sec 11, 12, Don't try in Indirapuram or Vaishali as there has been a High Court order to this effect. A lot of promotors booked initially a row of houses on 'benami names' and sold them. The racquet was unearthed recently after which the buyers are very careful. But ifyou are buying in Noida, pls do verify the papers and title from the Noida Authority which is officed in Sector 2. Sorry about BGL, i have no idea. You can still try..go to 99acres.com, IndiaTimes property, etc. there are plenty of sites. Good Luck.
