Any body suggest me whether to work in India or abroad. Which is better?

abroad....main big reason respect and money. i have seen in India, they don't respect anybody, not even the boss....for the boss you are just an employee....only and only an employee..

and in a abroad there are all the same....i can say this from own experience..when i was in India where ever i go like shopping i always see boss yelling at their employee and employee fighting with each other...but in abroad if something happen...there's a lot of laws that can help you to get Justice

if u think money wise it is alsways abroad n if u cant go away from ur near n dear ones its india but belive me dear here we can definetly get family n every thng but in abroad if u give equal attension as u gv here u would get more money n also people around u will always give a positive attitude to u belive me i have myself experieced it n now im also planning to get a job in us thogh my family members are not aggre but still would fight for it
