Any bottle collectors?

Will new found dirty bottles lose their value (if any lol) if you wash them. How much should they be cleaned?

It's ok to clean them so long as the you scratch the paint off doing it.  My step-father has a huge collection of bottles and we dust them once a year.  It takes 3 women all day to do it so that's why we don't do more often ;-)
