I'm a very picky person and it doesn't help the fact that I am lactose intolerant (so I can't eat cereals but I can eat cheese and stuff) and heavy grease and sugar in the morning give me cramps. I can eat them later on after being awake for at least an hour but not earlier. I don't like eggs, and I only like green apples, green grapes, and oranges as fruit. (Yes very picky, please don't flame that, it is just how I am =/) I also don't like yogurt, apple sauce, ham (except bacon), pork, and most other breakfast foods. What I eat for breakfast almost every morning is one cinnamon poptart. Sometimes two toasted breads along with it if I am really hungry but not the usual. If it is a weekend I sometimes eat three mini pancakes with no syrup. (I don't like syrup.) If you need my weight and age to help I weigh around 95 lbs, i'm 19, and i'm 5'1". I was just hoping for a healthier breakfast that I could eat because sometimes I feel like it's bad to be eating that one poptart every morning for the past few years. I also do not eat lunch because I don't usually like anything that is included in the lunch category but I want some small lunches that I can take with me to school during college. I like beef and chicken, the only pork I eat is bacon. i like alot of vegatables if they are either boiled or steamed. I also like spicey foods and sour things like pickles. Thanks for the help.
