Question:

Any breakfast and lunch meals that are light and fast?

I'm a very picky person and it doesn't help the fact that I am lactose intolerant (so I can't eat cereals but I can eat cheese and stuff) and heavy grease and sugar in the morning give me cramps. I can eat them later on after being awake for at least an hour but not earlier. I don't like eggs, and I only like green apples, green grapes, and oranges as fruit. (Yes very picky, please don't flame that, it is just how I am =/) I also don't like yogurt, apple sauce, ham (except bacon), pork, and most other breakfast foods. What I eat for breakfast almost every morning is one cinnamon poptart. Sometimes two toasted breads along with it if I am really hungry but not the usual. If it is a weekend I sometimes eat three mini pancakes with no syrup. (I don't like syrup.) If you need my weight and age to help I weigh around 95 lbs, i'm 19, and i'm 5'1". I was just hoping for a healthier breakfast that I could eat because sometimes I feel like it's bad to be eating that one poptart every morning for the past few years. I also do not eat lunch because I don't usually like anything that is included in the lunch category but I want some small lunches that I can take with me to school during college. I like beef and chicken, the only pork I eat is bacon. i like alot of vegatables if they are either boiled or steamed. I also like spicey foods and sour things like pickles. Thanks for the help.

  1. a great breakfast/lunch is a whole wheat pita round, some hummus, and dried fruit (apricots are a fav of mine)   you'll get some healthy carbs, good protein.... and not feel weighed down.  


  2. For a long time, my breakfast was a granola bar or a bagel and a cheese stick. That's all I needed to keep me going through the day.

    eat peanut butter and jelly

    drink soy milk

    drink cranberry juice

    eat a bagel, there plain, cinamin and rasins or onions

    eat bread and jam or even honey.

    snack on nuts, sun flower seeds, almonds

    eat a chicken sandwich in the morning

    make a burrito or a taco.

    eat chicken nuggets(bake it dont fry it)

    eat a green salad and add tuna. i love tuna

    u can eat cereal. eat something light like corn flakes or cheerios.

    i love sour food. have some sour soup in the morning with crackers

    eat fruit like watermelon, apples and bananas.

    or pmogranite, tangerines, oranges are good too.

    eat rice with vegetables.

    pancakes are fatten. dont eat that

    ok well eat a good breakfast. bye.


  4. Eventually you will have to grow up and stop being so fussy.

    To answer you question though, you do eat a lot of good foods.

    Toast with spread and a topping Vegemite, low sugar jam or honey something you like is a good start to the day.

    For lunch at school school 3 slices of bread stacked on top of one another with 2 fillings you like in between

    why cant you eat cereal.....cant you use soy/rice/almond milk? oatmeal, add fruits. waffles? bagel or toast with butter, jelly, or peanutbutter. adkjbgkjb theres like no difference in the color of grapes and apples -__- make a smoothie...maybe youll like the fruits blended up. or buy a weight gain shake http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?pro...

    anyways i am mostly like u just that i can't drink milk otherwise i throw up and i could eat cheese so i usually make a cheese sandwich or some plain vegetable sandwich sometimes
