I have a friend in Britain. Shes a big fan of the US and has always wanted to come live here from what she tells me. Shes saying that she either needs to have an employer sponsor her or get married.

Is there an easy way to get one.... maybe someone could describe the process they went through so i could help her out.

thanks.

  1. It is almost impossible  for a U.K. citizen to work in or immigrate to the U.S. .  Rather than re-type  the info, I am putting a link below.  Please read the answers there from Charlie and  Wilzvil.  There are thousands and thousands of people in the U.K. who want to move to the U.S.  Few people understand the complexities of immigration until they look into it seriously.   Oh, and marriage to a U.S. citizen  does not automatically get her into the U.S.  She would still have to apply to immigrate, and tho it may be a bit faster , it still takes 2 to 3 years, at least, then it is conditional on the marriage lasting.
