Any cameras that are compatible with windows movie maker?

okay so I have a youtube account and I want to make interesting and creative videos the only problem is my video camera. It isn't compatible with windows movie maker so im looking for a smallish camera that would fit into a regular sized purse.but i'm also under a budget of about $200 so if you could give me a link or a brand or anything!

Anything would help!

  1. Rather than spend $200 on a new camera, why not buy a new video editor?  Vegas Movie Studio is less than $100, AVS Video Editor is less than $50.
