If they have Saddams face on them, they are pretty much worthless

If you are living in the United States, then no you can not do anything with the money.  Iraq is another country the US does not do business with so no bank can do anything about cashing out the Dinars.
I worked in a bank and we did have someone try to cash out their Iraqi money.

I believe this comes under the definition of "exotic currency" and there is a market for this. Go to Yahoo currency and search around and find out what the exchange rate is. Then, open an account with a forex house and get advice and have them trade it for you to another currency. Look at the link below as there is todays current exchange value of that currency against the value of the dollar. You can definitely cash it out if its real.

Not sure how much you have purchased.  I bought 500,000 Dinar.  It was only a $400 investment at the time....I had sit it out and see what happens.
