Is there any 2008's out there that are under that price?

avoid Toyota Yaris any year, any price

the Honda Fit is $15 -$16,000 and 10 times better

A used or demo 08 Toyota Yaris. There are really no more cars in that price range anymore. You can barely find them for under $15K now.

Edit: Looking on eBay, there are several 07's to choose from, but only 3 08's. You could consider a Kia or Hyundai, but if you want a p.o.s., then have at it. In 4 years they would be worthless.
