  1. I don't know what you mean by "cheap," but if you can put up with a dormitory-type environment and want rock bottom prices in a super location, try the Assocation for French Protestant Students (no, they don't care about your religion). This is right near St. Suplice, long walking distance (or a short metro ride) to the Louvre, and of course close to the Sorbonne.  And the price is truly peanuts.

    Good luck!!

Auberge pour jeunes de l'Association des étudiants protestants de Paris

(Hostel for youth of the Protestant student association in Paris),

    46, rue de Vaugirard, (6e), tel. + 33 1 43 54 31 49.

  2. Check out this site.

    http://www.linkforwards.com/hotels

They always have good deals for hotels in Paris. You can see pictures, sort by star ratings, see what areas they are close to and also see the prices.

    gluck

  3. There are more inexpensive hotels than you might think in the world's foremost tourtist destination.

This website has quite a few: http://www.eurocheapo.com/paris/

My personal suggestion is the Hotel St. Andre des Artes at 66, rue St. Andre des Artes. http://www.123france.com/123/en/hotel.ph...

or the Hotel de Nesle at 7, rue de Nesle http://www.123france.com/123/en/hotel.ph...

Both are very basic but friendly, centrally located, and the essence of funky Parisian charm.

  4. Flight, hotel and taxes to Paris $560.00 per person for 3days/2nights www.adatravelbiz.com click on book a travel Top sellers or last minute deals.
