I'm not too sure about any restaurant that resides in the north area. But I know 1 great restaurant in the central area, it is called Yan Court Palace Restaurant. Many Singaporeans frequent this restaurant on every Sat & Sun. Their food is really nice and it has been famous since it is established back in Outram.
