  1. well first of all best of luck to u

i hope that u r choosen and represent ur country sometime

this time is really imp for u and therefore u should not eat junk food

take fruits and liquid more this would keep u healthy   ur one food should be fruit and liquids u can take anytime

that is the best and again best of luck to u

  2. That’s good news. I would suggest you to understand the “bodybuilding” very clearly as it could be a career threading issue. Rather than going to gym with the mentality of building the body, it would be nice if you can join the boxing club, so surely your stamina will be increase and you will not have extra muscles (which is not good for fast bowler).

If boxing club is not near to your place than in gym make sure to run at least 2 miles before starting your light weight workout also make sure to do a lots of push up and advance push up. From nutrition/vitamin shop you can buy the proteins packet.  it can be mixed in normal water or milk.

for push up exercise you can check the youtube,,just search for push up and you will have lot’s of results

Rest your dream body should be like “bruce lee” body not like shoaib or breet lee,..LOL

Also if you are non-vegetarian than go for red meat to get extra aggression as it is required for the fast bowler, drink lot’s of liquid (water, juice etc)

To be a good bowler you have to learn from your mistakes as “Good Judgments comes from bad experience”.

Rest you know the golden rule “No Pain No Gain”, so don’t live on your dream anymore, come out and work hard!!!!!!!
