Any clubs 18 & over in LAS VEGAS??

I am 20 yrs. old...my sister lives in Las Vegas but she's 23 yrs. old...I want to know if there's any clubs that are 18 & over in Vegas and if so what are they & where are they??? THANKS SOOOO MUCH!!

This has been done to death. In general NO. But there's one in Henderson, on Sunset Road, called froZen75 - www.frozen75.com - they're mostly a teen club, but have some nights that cater to the 18-20 set.
