Any comments about Scotia Place, Auckland?

I will be moving to Auckland, NZ end of this month.

My office will be @ Airedale street, so I am looking a place to stay nearby.

Can help me to comment about Scotia Place? Is it a good area to stay? any concern etc..?

It is in the downtown area with more attractions and conveniences to offer than most other places. If you are looking for a urban location go for it. Remember, after office hours downtown Auckland doesn't exactly swing, but the locale is about as close as you can get to it.
