There is no list of such companies.  You have to apply from the US, and if an employer wants to hire you, they must apply for your work permit/employment visa.  You must have an edcuation and experience, and skills in short supply in Canada.  The employer must prove there are no available Canadians qualified for the position.

Canada's unemployment rate is nearly double that of the US -- lots of Canadians trying to come to the US in search of work.  The only job qualification actively sought by Canadian employers that I am aware of at present is Mining Engineers -- must have at least a bachelors (preferably masters) in Mining Engineering from a good university/school of mining engineering, plus at least 2 - 5 yrs experience.  Jobs in Northern Territories, around Great Slave Lake region.
