  1. You can book your tours normally directly with the company (check out the web sites for each Cruise Line).

Or you can book through you local travel agency.  We booked through our local AAA Travel office.  They offered the normal discounts for early bookings as well as a bonus shipboard credit.

As you may already know book well in advance.  You can get the best cabins as they are assigned/purchased on a first come first served basis.  You can always wait and hope some cancels out later, but we took the advice of other cruisers and book a year in advance.  We got the room we wanted at the price we were looking for.

    Good Luck and have fun!

  2. I always book directly through Carnival.  They have always given me the lowest price, and upgrades after I booked.  They even let me change my booking from one to another.  Last year, due to circumstances, we had to change our reservation five times.  They did not care.  Just moved the account from one ship to another.  No hassles at all.

  3. Thomas Cook, Sita Travels, Raj Travels

  4. I do cruise bookings.

I recommend booking as far in advance as possible, and if the price comes down before final payment, I get the price lowered, unless it is a "new booking only sale"...

I am a Royal Caribbean University Expert, Carnival Specialist, Princess Commodore (highest level agent), Cunard Commodore.  I am fully insured and am a CLIA,IATAN, ASTA certified agency.

I also have access to 15,000 cabins within group sailings for extra amenities.

I am able to book military rates, past guest rates, etc.

Send me an email, for a price quote...

  6. SOTC Tours & Travels is considered the best for cruise bookings. also Raj Tours & Travels

  8. just go right to the cruise line themselves it is easy and you have a better chance of getting a deal or upgrade that way.

my favorite is Carnival, and my personal vacation planner from them is great

  9. Stay away from that one lady that is a Travel Agent.  This is a forum for information and sharing that information, not soliciting business constantly.  All she does is answer all sorts of cruise questions by telling the person asking the question, to call her for quotes.

Contact some of the Discount Cruise wholesalers, some of the Cruise Lines websites and if you deal with a Travel Agent, (and I have been one for over 30 years), deal with one local that you can sit down with and deal face to face not some unknown lady that is soliciting business from people asking cruise questions.  Business must be tight!
