I believe they are in Manilla.  I used to work for a company that did business with them.

There might be. But you won't find them in YA. You're better off contacting potential companies direct. Find out their IT personnel or procurement divisions

However, a key consideration would be servicing. If a company rents or lease those equipment, and if those equipment fail, then how can you give them support or even replacement.
