I use www.sv4kids.com to find places.  Pick a beach amusement park, like Gillians in Ocean City NJ.  You pay by the hour at the waterpark, so it's less crowded.  Or, instead of Dorney Park, pick a nearby park like Terry Hill or Camel Beach.  SV4kids is a good resource because you can look at a map or a list and find less crowded places for weekends.  Pick any place in the world and then search away from the crowds.
