For virgin mobile, you  will have to do this, because I don't think they send to virgin mobile.

Download the ringtone to your computer

Connect your usb data cable to your phone

Open your Windows Explorer, or your My Computer Icon

Look for the new driver letter which represents the phone's memory

Locate the ringtone from Ventones on your hard drive

Drag and Drop it over to your My Sounds or your My Music Folder

A lot of good stuff to download for free. 0 $
