Well, there'd be even more skidmarks then! I don't think there would be a huge safety problem unless it got into the sidepods and happened to block the radiator.

Depends on the size of the thing. Gstrings are no problem, but grandma undies will be fluttering in the air stuck to the rear wing like a flag and causing a major turbulence.

Also, the material used may make some difference. Silky ones are not as aerodynamically damaging nor are fishnets, but thick, cotton or woolen ones create more drag.

And finally, the moisture content is also important.The added weight from the mositure is detrimental to the strategy, but will give some stability against yaw.

Well your luck (considering its good)needs to be inversely propotional to the luck(which will be surely bad) of the driver you are throwing your undie on...so that some thing happens to the car or rather

consider that your undie flies and it lands directly on the drivers helmet that too on the front of it...then  something could happen...

or maybe if it gets sucked into one of the the radiators,

or may be if your undie may be that strong than it may break one or two aerodynamic parts of the car!!

or your undie goes and lands on the exhaust of the car(engine may blow up)

and the people around you would surely be very unlucky if ur thinking of carrying only 1 undie with u!!!! LOLz..
