In a pool? No. If you are skinny dipping in a pond or creek, then yes. You could get some sort of infection. Yeast infections are very likely if you are doing any sort of skinny dipping. Another thing (even if you don't plan on it) don't have s*x in anything else but bathwater. Chlorine is horrible for the inside of your body, and will burn.

no, it's just like if you had a swim suit on, except of course you don't

but if you had a swim suit on, it wouldn't protect you from any "dangers" or anything

if you mean getting caught, i've seen somebody get arrested for going around in public nude

but i doubt you're going to do this in daylight, so you're fine
