Any disgruntled IKEA workers in Frisco Tx?

need the number to the store. THE ACTUAL PHYSICAL STORE NOT THE CALL CENTER. I keep getting the run around and I just want to talk to the manager. I live an 1hr 1/2 away from my nearest location and need another way to get a hold of them other than the call center. They are no help and are kinda rude! They said any call to the number available on the web site gets automatically routed to the call center and they wouldn't give me the ACTUAL number. I would reall just like to talk to an actual employee at the store not the call center. Thanks

Try www.411.com, put in the address of the Ikea Store and the store phone number may come up.  

The phone number may also come up when you do a search for that particular business.

Good luck!  Prepare a script of what you want to say and make sure you allow long pauses.  A good approach is "Help me to understand why..............................."  then STOP TALKING or ' What is your store policy on............? again STOP TALKING.  I make my living on the phone and have found this to be VERY effective.
