  1. hi...o.k. you could still be pregnant...I took three pregnancy tests, and two came up negative, and one positive, so I would not count the test...also, I had "light brown, light pink" spotting on and off for two months...and I was pregnant, (my son is 4)...you should see your gyno so a blood test could be taken to see what you hormone levels are, and to make sure it is not an eptoctic pregnancy, or something else...good luck!

  2. Just before you go to see a doctor (which is my suggestion)

Did your pain started around the area around the navel to move in the lower right side of your abdomen?

If you go diagonally a couple of inches below your navel (down right direction) and push, does it hurt more (Rovsing sign)?

Run to your doctor, may be appendicitis

    Otherwise:

Have you had very dark/ black f***s  (techncal name is melena or melaena)? f so, go to doctor. It may be peptic ulcer

    or else:

It can also be caused by other less urgent or even less serious pathologies, but only a doctor through analysis and an accurate description of symptoms  will be able to tell you.

It is very important you describe when symptoms started, how they progressed and, for  illnesses in this area, the kind of pain and precise localization
