for the past 3-4 months i have been taking a medicine (pills) called sebomin for acne the medicine contains 100mg anhydroud minocycline..

On the packet of the pills it says Do not take indigetion remedies or medicines containing iron or zinc at the same time of the day as this medicine.

The problem is that when my next period comes i want to start going on the pill, the pill i have is mercilon...

Just wanted to know that if i continues my medicine and started taking the pill but at different times of the day would this be okay? and will it affect me in anyway or affec the pill from working?

Thank you, I will really appreciate the help because its hard to talk to or see a doctor in my area!

  1. Go to webmd.com & search for interactions @ their drug database section.

    Great resource

  2. I am assuming that you will have to see a doctor start the pill, so you can ask them when you get your prescription. If not you can also go talk to your chemist/pharmacist and they should be able to tell you about any side effects or adverse reactions.

  3. If you cant get to see your doctor phone the surgery for advice or NHS24
