Any easy way to calculate price for Psionic Items?

Question

I was developing a psionic item; and i calculated the price, either is it too high, or too low; anyone has any idea of how to EXACTLY calculate the cost // XP price of a Psionic-based item for d20?

Also; I've tried using Reality Revision, however that its too much XP, and the cost would go really high, so have any table, source or site where i can have a table?
