Any easy way to copy ipod files to PC?

Is there anyway to easily copy files from IPOD to PC? Whenever I do so, all the files have weird names instead of their actual title (and I don't want to manually edit the name of 1000+ songs). Is there anyway to simply drag and drop playlists to folders like you do folders to playlists?
