any parlor game for my 17-27 yrs old guesses that will come on my little boy's birthday party...

Guitar Hero works for those ages.

The best parlor game though, if you have outgoing people is still Charades.  You just have to set some rules to keep to subjects everyone knows.

Pictionary is like Charades, but some people like a game that comes out of a box and are more comfortable with this.
