Any examples of widely distributed movies where they did not use makeup on the actors?

Honestly, I don't think there are any. If there are, they are very few. Typically you have to put makeup on people to keep them from getting washed out by the lights. If it's a stage show, the makeup is used to accentuate features so even the nosebleed section can see a facial features/expressions.
