  1. Just say it's the time of the month.

If your instructor is a guy just say that. Guys hate that kind of talk.

  2. i depleted all my Ki baking cookies. im sorry sensei, i am not able to continue today.

  3. How absurd. You expect Honorable people in the martial arts to help you lie to your parents and the Master at your school. Listen to Puggpaws advice it is good advice. Stop making excuses.and start being real and reliable and grow a back bone. May be that is why your parents insist you go to  classes!!! I'm embarrassed by some of the answers and the fact they are willing to thumbs down an Honorable answer.

  4. Pugpaws has given you the best answer.

  5. You have a sore elbow, you have trouble breathing.

  6. Why do you want to get out of Karate? Why not just tell your parents you don't like it if you don't like it?

  7. Why would you want to get out of karate class? If you don't want to train anymore, just tell your parents. Making up excuses is childish and will not get you anywhere; you will have to go back eventually, especially if your parents have paid in advance. At least keep it up until the end of the contract, it's only fair. You might even enjoy it.

  8. Say u have dire ea no body argues with that, at least thats what an told teacher told us.

  9. Yesterday I Caught a bad cold while vacationing in Miami, Florida. Sorry can come today

I was stepping down out of my trailer and I missed the step and when I landed on the ground I messed up my back.

I can’t come in today because I feel sick and I can’t breath because of all the smoke in the air.

  10. I think I see the real problem here. Your parents most likely have paid for a contract and expect you to go the class. For some reason, you don't want to but your parents will be mad if you don't. If I'm correct you should consider this.... Your parents did not have to pay at all. Was this your idea at first or theirs?  Sounds like you are in a situation here.  Karate lessons are not cheap.  If your parents paid and you don't want to continue you should consider asking them to let you stop karate. In return you should be willing to pay back the cost of the training to them.

  11. KEEP TRAINING KEEP TRAINING KEEP TRAINING.

trust me you'll thank yourself for it, later.

  12. If you are looking for excuses to not go to Karate class, sounds to me like you are not interested in the Martial Arts.  Consider other sports that might capture your interest.  Talk to your parents about how you feel.
