hi umm i have a football tryouts coming up in about 4-5 days and i am OUT OF SHAPE..... i know it might be hard to get my self in shape in 4-5 days but i wanted to know any exercise that i can do in my house and i do not have a treadmill... and i want to know exercised that gets me in shape and like strenghtens my heart and stuff like that..... plz im desperate thx

    go to the gym

    run around a mile

    and really depends on wat you are??????

    eat right and get good night sleep


  3. run run run cause they will run you to death in practice the first day when i showed up freshman year i was out of shape too and the first practice i almost passed out cause i could not keep up so i would go outside and run till you phisically cant anymore
