hi umm i have a football tryouts coming up in about 4-5 days and i am OUT OF SHAPE..... i know it might be hard to get my self in shape in 4-5 days but i wanted to know any exercise that i can do in my house and i do not have a treadmill... and i want to know exercised that gets me in shape and like strenghtens my heart and stuff like that..... plz im desperate thx
