Any experience with Explorer Car Rental?

I am checking how is this company? Advice, suggestions etc.

I am vaguely familiar with the company. I believe they provide rentals in Costa Rica.  My advice would be to go to tripadvisor.com and review the forums.  If you can not find any info then post this question in the Costa Rica forums.  

I did a quick search for you and have provided a link to one mention of the company - does not seem too positive.

I never heard of them but when you speak to them ask them a few  key questions. Does the rate they quote you include the mandatory insurance ( this adds alot) and how old are there a cars. Also ask them is the car they comfirm the car you are actually you going to get.  The companies with most success in all these areas are Europcar and Adobe.
