  1. They taste awful, I hate that gel stuff. And they kind of numbed my gums a little. They might have worked if continued to use them, but I could not stand the taste.

  2. AquaFresh Trays.

My dentist actually highly recommended them to me. They stay on better then the strips, Ive tried the Crest and AquaFresh Strips, they slip and slide every where.

But I do like the trays, they're firmer and keep the gel on my teeth (meaning your teeth is actually going to get whiter as opposed to having a plastic strip slide it off)

Just brush your teeth first (i suggest using toothpaste for sensitive teeth)

Smile big,  wipe your teeth so theyre dry (it makes the gel "stick" better) then just place the trays on your teeth and smoothe them over from the middle out.

I also suggest to start with your bottom teeth when apply the strip or tray.

    good luck.

  3. yea, they work but it can cause tooth sensitivity, it didn't cause tooth sensitivity for me, but i stoped using them, now i just try to brush my teeth after aver meal to keep the stains from sticking!!!

    Hope This Helped

  4. Crest is the best.  Whitening strips works great for some people and awful for others. It depends on your teeth. Give it a try. I'm using them right now =)

  5. i have tried the crest whitestrips and yes they work.

the ones i tried did not dissolve but it wasnt all that bad.

you just put the strip on, its kinda gooey but you get used to it and you wear it for i think it was an hour and then take it out and wipe or rinse your  mouth.  sounds gross i know but it isnt that bad and you get used to it and it does work.........

  6. i used the listerine white strips for two weeks and my teeth were SOO white after that. they get a little sticky and messy though, but not if your hands are dry, so keep your hands dry!

  7. my advice to you is stay away from that, my godfather is a dentist and my mom wanted to try it she asked him and he said it will make your teeth whiter but it will also Rott your teeth within 2 years or sumthing like that

  8. GoSmile its awesome

  9. I have never used them, but i know someone who has and it made specks in her teeth that were really white but some part of her teeth were still yellow.  Just make sure you are buying a good brand. According to some magazine (GoodHousekeeping) Aquafresh White Trays ($35, drugstores) are the best.

  10. you should try crest; and buy them at costco

  11. i've used crest before... it's pretty expensive and it smells and it's sticky...but it works

  12. Well...Most kinds are bitter tasting but they do work..like crest whiting strips...TRY THOSE

  13. The strips won't work as intended unless you have perfect teeth,  but the foam trays will work the best, becasue they whiten everywhere.

  14. yes, i have used crest white strips. What i would do is put them on before i left to go to school and then i took them off when i got there. And then i put them on before i went to bed and then took them off. Honestly, they worked perfectly. The only thing is that they may make your gums a little sore because of the peroxide. But, other than that, give it a shot.

  15. crest works...but keep the strips off of your gums because after like 4 days your gums will start burning

  16. ive had the crest white strips. dont get them. they are slimy and they dont do c**p.

  17. Yep I tried almost all of the kinds of whitening strips but ended up giving up on them.  What worked for me was Celebrity Smile from http://mycelebsmile.com/y/ and I'm probably going to be sticking with that 'cause the results were awesome!

  18. i used the crest ones for a few days but they didn't really do anything except make my gums swollen....i would ask your dentist

  19. Crest white strips worked incredibly for me. My teeth came out like 5 shades whiter after one week but you have to use them correctly on a regular basis. The gel can taste weird though, I agree

  20. I saw a dentist reviewing all the kinds of whiteners on one of those morning programs (like Today, or something); he recommended the Crest Night Effects whitening gel.  He said that it worked the best because the gel covers the teeth, while strips can't--they leave little gaps.  I tried the stuff.  It was a bit messy, but I had really pretty teeth afterwards.

  21. crest

  22. I have used the most popular brand the crest white strips and they actually do work to a certain point. Use them for the week or so they tell you to and your teeth will be noticably whiter. However, its not permanent and it doesnt whiten the back of your teeth if that matters to you. Another thing new on the market is a sort of paste you apply over your regular toothpaste and it whitens as you brush. I havent tried this yet tho. Good luck

  23. Original Crest White Strips are AWESOME!  They cost around $20.  They may make you teeth feel sensitive while using them, but it will go away when you are done.  They work so well.
