does anyone of u know any experiments that deals with the cause of the seasons(winter,spring,summer,fall)?

The cause of the seasons is quite clear. They depend on the distance between the earth and the sun. No experiments are needed to find that out.

How about using a sextant to calculate the position of the sun as it is relative to the equator. Then you would want to find a polar star.

The polar star would give your position relative to the equator. Then you would calculate the sun relative to you. This will demonstrate the tilt of the earth's axis.

Then you could calculate the amount of day and night each pole gets.

Does summer get hotter after the days get shorter?? If yes, why?
