i want to buy an international bank draft but afraid the other party in uk might have difficulties cashing in the draft...

Find out from the other party in UK which Bank he/she is having the Bank Account & take a draft o9n that Bank. Or else get the Bank a/c No. of ur other party & simply effect a Money Transfer/ Fund Transfer/ Telegraphic Money Transfer/ Electronic Money Eransfer straight into his/her Bank Account. It is much faster & safer.
