Hi Ladies! I'm a cross dresser and would love to have a female companion(s) to go shopping with and have a girly girls day out, or just to hang out and have a coffee with. I live in the Lethbridge Alberta Canada region.

Why don't you try putting a personal ad on Craigslist or some alternative personals site?  That's always a good way to start.  I would also recommend letting some of your current female friends know.  You can also go out to most any nightclub that caters to LGBT/alternative/counterculture crowds as a way of meeting some female friends.  Good luck!

You might have to venture into your larger areas - Calgary, Edmonton, or make the trek here to Vancouver...
