Any filipina out there came to US in fiancee visa or K1?

would the US embassy know if a person had stayed in other country for more than 6months? unless mention of course. Or do they check the DFA for departure and arrival records?

  1. You have a once in a lifetime chance of being able to live legally in the US (and become a citizen after 3 years only). A chance more than 12 million illegals took to better their lives. If you just need a simple police clearance from a country you lived in for more than 6 months, I tell you that it is worth the trouble to get that clearance. I am sure there is an embassy of that country in Manila. **


  2. The US Embassy has all the resources to check a record of a person if they feel that they doubt the documents presented before them.

  3. Your passport will have records of your visits outside the Philippines and you will have to show your passport and you will need a police clearance every place you have lived. Don't try to get around this as if the USCIS finds out you will be blacklist from every going to the USA.
