Buying fitted carpet for household with asthmatic / highly allergic occupants. Want 80% wool 20% synthetic mix. Note that the Axminster they had in mind says 'moth-proofed' - are all wool carpets moth-proofed? Are there any known effects on asthmatics / those susceptible to allergy? If so, is there any kind of fitted carpet that's better than another for not affecting people's airways / immune systems?
