  2. Nicole and Melissa are right on. I would only add that if you have bangs pay attention to them on the ride. On the way up they will press against your forehead. As soon as you peak, they will lift off your forehead. That's the time to either lay out for the ride down or do a trick and then lay out.

    Good luck!

  3. try this exercise to keep your body tight: lie on the floor with your legs straight out and together and make your body as tight as you can. then have a team mate grab your ankles are try to lift your bottom half off of the floor. if you bend in half, you are not tight. if your body starts to lift off the floor and stays straight, you are perfect.

also when they pop you for the cradle, pull yourself up with your arms until you are at your peak, that should help you ride it. then just the basic cradle position

  4. Try and put a thick brace around each knee so it can not bend, this way you will get into habbit of not bending.

  5. i was a flyer last year...is cradling the same as basketing?... well what we did was someone would try and hit the inside of our knees to try and make us bend our knees(this was when we were on the ground) and u would try to keep ur knees from ending..and our coach would tell us to shrug ur shoulders a tiny bit to keep u from bending ur knees... trust me it will help a lot!

  6. when riding the cradle, pull up through your chest, like stick it out, and when you fall back down snap into a v position and tighten your stomach and thighs, the key is to stay tight in the air and in their arms
