  2. Ooh! You should like do a nationality thingamagiger. :B Like have fancy cup of noodles. xD oh and you should just get fake meat, it's really good, and the meat eaters, :d , will eat fake meat too, cuz it's waay better then real meat, and you don't feel guilty eating it either. oh, and you should totally have like home made foods. ;D

  3. Shish Kebob(?) vegetable chunks on wooden skewers.

  4. beans, potato salad, or other salads, chips, bars, lemonade or iced tea,

  5. How about Kabbas , you can even do a veg. One. And you can even do a deesert this way too. Try Foodnet work they have tons of cool recipes.

  6. I really really like grilled pineapple!!! Its the best and for drinks you should make an alcoholic watermelon. (for adults) You can also make a grilled pepper salad. Just cut a few bell pepper in to wedges ( i really like the orange yellow and red ones) and grill them up(with species ) and some lettuce, corn (grilled or out of a can) , tomatoe(optiional and serve. With lime or any salad dressing

  7. Grilled onions are good. Peel a few nice big sweet onions and cut a hole in the center large enough to stick a beef bullion cube in and a slice of real butter from a stick. Brush the outside with a little olive oil. Wrap them in foil and grill them with your other food.  I like this method as well. Cook Time: 1 hour, 20 minutes

    Ingredients:

    4 large sweet onions

salt and pepper  or beef boullion.

    butter

    Preparation:

Remove any dry skin and stem from onions. Working from the top, core the onions, leaving a cavity about 1 inch across and almost through to the bottom of the onion. Salt and pepper or beef boullion in the onion cavities, then fill with butter. Sprinkle onions all over with salt and pepper; wrap in foil, gathering at the top and twisting to seal. Cook in closed grill in for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours over medium indirect coals. Open foil 10 minutes before serving and leave on the grill for more smoked flavor.

  8. Here are some of my favorite barbecue foods:

    1.  Grilled marinated london broil, sliced thin; marinated chicken (marinate overnight in Italian dressing); and pork tenderloin.

    2.  Baked potato casserole (nice alternative to potato salad)

    3.  Antipasti pasta salad:  1 box rotelle pasta, cooked according to package direcitons; 1 chub dry salami, cut into cubes; 1 4 oz container crumbled feta cheese; 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped; 1 bunch green onion, chopped; 1 can sliced olives, drained; 1 bottle Beresteins Cheese Fantastico dressing.  Mix and refrigerate overnight.  Toss before serving.

    4.  Fresh fruit kabobs with a nutella or marshmallow cream cheese dipping sauce.

    5.  Baked beans with bacon and brown sugar, slow cooked on the grill.

    6.  Corn on the cobb with a chili lime butter, smoky paprika and kosher salt.

    7.  Sliced ripe tomatos and cucumbers drizzled with a vinegrette of rice wine vinegar, sugar, garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil and fresh ground pepper.  Sprinkle tomatos and cucumbers with salt and let come to room temperature before drizzling with vinagrette.

    8.  Red potato salad with chopped celery, bacon, onion, sour cream, mayo, and hard cooked egg.

    9.  Grilled portabello mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, onion, and zucchini drizzled with Italian dressing.

    10. Brownies with mint chocolate ganache

  9. My step mom has made this fruit dip for all of their BBQs, all you do is get a small jar of marshmallow fluff (I think 16 oz) and a stick of cream cheese. Soften the cream cheese and mix in all the marshmallow fluff. It is sooooo good and goes well with most fruit.

  10. You can make kabobs with pieces of beef or chicken with onions, cherry tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms.  Squash and zucchini are also good.  You can make kabobs with just the veggies for the vegetarian friend.  Get wooden sticks at the grocery store.

Also, corn on the cob is great on the grill.  Wrap in foil with butter and salt and grill for about 20 minutes.  Vidalia onions are also great grilled whole.  Cut a hole in the center, put in a bouillon cube (veggie bullion since the vegetarian might eat it) wrap in foil and grill for 20 minutes.  Yummy!  FYI cole slaw makes a great side for BBQ.

  11. Seared Tiger prawns with Garlic, Chili & Lemongrass

    Sticky Barbecue Chicken wings

    Barbecued steaks

    Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms

    Barbecued Sweetcorn

    Baked Jacket Potatoes

    Avocado, Tomato & Mozzarella Salad

    ****

    Creme Brullee with Summer Fruits

  12. what about armadillo eggs.. jalepeno pepper stuffed with cream cheese mixture sometimes with bacon. roasted veggies.

try a mexican theme.. or anitpasto items

  13. I love tofu chorizo

and Veggie Dogs from Trader Joes!
