Any food or drinks I can take to help me fall asleep at night?

  1. Calcium lactate is a natural cure for insomnia. Warm milk also helps or a bowl of cereal.


  2. Warm milk is supposed to help and a small glass of red wine as well.

    Dried cherries (rich in melatonin) an hour before bedtime are also supposed to help.

  3. Camameal tea idk how to spell it, warm milk, a small snack with NO caffeine will also help.  Hope i helped also next time you go to shoprite or walmart or whatever buy something called valarian root its a natural herb that produces more of the things that make you go to sleep.  

  4. you can drink wine or some kind of alchohol.

    you could also try stuff without sugar.

    excercise out in the hot sun for an hour or so.

    then wen u go to bed youll feel tired and fall asleep.
