Any foods that contain fenugreek?

i lost a bunch of weight, and my b***s along with everything else went away...now i'm trying to gain some back, but i want to make sure some of it goes to my b*****s....and i heard fenugreek can help.and how cani tell if my estrogen levels are too high or low?

  2. Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum). Fenugreek seed has been used to increase milk production since biblical times. The herb contains phytoestrogens, which are plant chemicals similar to the female s*x hormone estrogen.  Milk production equals bigger b*****s...so maybe it works.

    Black Licorice works as well...I had a cousin who increased 2 cup sizes in one summer.  She attributed it to the large amounts of black licorice she ate....it worked for her college roommate.  I saw a picture of the roommate......wow...

    You'll have to go to a lab for estrogen testing...ask your physician
