Any former vegetarians want to tell me how they started back eating meat without feeling ill?

I have been vegetarian for 10 years and don't know how I am going to feel physically and mentally or if I'll even be able to do it

  1. I was Vegetarian for a while but now I eat non-red meat only. I first started out cooking with chicken broth, then mixing small amounts of meat into a dish, for ex. tomato sauce with a tiny bit of turkey meat and pasta. I just gradually added more meat week by week and I was fine. It was more a mental problem for me, the only advice I have for that is just keep thinking that it's tofu in the beginning and after a while you won't even think about it! hehe


  2. My best friend was a vegetarian for I don't know how long, but then she decided to try to eat meat again, and it gave her a little bit of a stomachache but it was only for a while.
