Any free sites that you can find old photos and info on past relatives?

Any website that has tree hosting can lead you to information and photos of ancestors and relatives. I am a member of Genes Reunited, and although you may not see photos online, once you contact someone you are related to, they will probably share a few photos with you via email. I also noticed on Ancestry that they can upload a number of photos for each individual. But it's common courtesy to ask permission before using the photos yourself, and you should contact the tree owners to confirm that it is the correct relative.

Ancestry.com and Genes Reunited are the sites I use. There aren't a lot of photos unless people put them up as I have done. They are free up to a certain extent but if you want to find out anything indepth you have to pay.
