  1. Lot's of places to go to and things to do!  Please do not stay in resort all the time!  There are wonderful beaches, delicious places to eat at, lot's of nightclubs.  There's the "Quebrada" which is where the divers dive off the mountainside cliffs.  There are also small tourist boats that take you around the port/marina and even to a small island where you could spend the entire day at.  Talk to Michael, the top contributor, he lives there and could probably give you more ideas of where to go.

    Have fun!

  2. Yes Acapulco is a very good place ,there is a lot of entertainment its a good place to have your honeymoon at.

  3. nite time dancing to dawn  ,,,the old town is worn out the new one is costly,,, rent a car look around ,,,

  5. You can go to the  Shotover, it´s kind of a boat that goes on a river, it spins 360° at a speed of 80 Km / hr. aprox. It´s kind of extrem sport, if you like feeling high, you seriously gotta go there.

  6. everywhere the beach etc

  7. It depend of course on what activities you like.

If you are up to rest and relax try eating in one of the many restaurants along "barra vieja" it's near the airport and always go to the one that has more guests. In the afternoon you can go to "la quebrada" diving show and then probably to take a walk in "la condesa" area where there are many nice bars and restaurants.

If you are looking for action and night fun you can have some pre-drinks at "mangos" and later go to "alebrije" if you like the dance/electronic music or to "dady'o" if what you are looking for is spoiled mexican women.

Do not miss the "jueves pozolero", pozole's thursday at frog's in the Brisas' area. Most have reservation tough.

  8. Lots and lots to do, especially if you like the water... snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, get SCUBA certified, take a sunset cruise on a big catamaran, tour the bay in a glass-bottomed boat, learn how to surf, visit the Fort and the aquarium, go get pampered at a spa, go horseback riding on the beach, parasailing, plus all the great clubs and restaurants. If you have the time, rent a car and drive east to Taxco, the silver capital of Mexico. You could spend a night or two there and walk through this gorgeous city and explore its many silver shops.

I'm attaching a link to the Acapulco Scuba Center. My boyfriend's cousin, Pepe, is a local who runs the center and could tell you more about what's available there. He speaks English.

  9. Best beach - Playa Diana.

Avoid Caletta and Puerta Marquis- small and dirty.

Weather will be perfect for ya !!!!!

-Dance all night long (specially cool if you go to Palladium or even Sr. Frog's because you get to see the whole bay at night)

-Bungee Jumping into a pool (at Paradise Restaurant in "La Condesa" area)

-Go to "La Quebrada" to see the cliff divers

    - Parasailing

    - Go deep see fishing

    - Take a Dinner Yacht around the bay

And the list goes on depending on what you would like to do.
