Any good Employment Agencies for publishing in London?

I'm trying to get a job in publishing, and as it turns out to be difficoult, i thought it might be easier to initially work through employment agencies. Any thoughts on this? Or advise?

A lot of Publishing Companies do NOT use employment agencies.

Regularly log on to the websites of any Publishing Companies you want to work for, and on there will be an area where you will find there current vacancies.
