Any good FREE online courses to refresh my skills in TV/Video Production?

Question

I did Television Production throughout High School and then studied Multimedia Production in College. When I left school, I was proficient on almost every piece of equipment that they had in the Studio of Phoenix's news channel 3.

It has been like, 5 years since I was last in a studio and I was never 100% on the audio end of the process but I had done camera work, graphics... the works...

I have kept up with image manipulation in that time but I would like to take a refresher on the video end of my skills...

I am hoping to get an Assistant Director position at a local company part time... I know they will give me time to readjust, but I want to be as ready as possible should I get the position.

Are there any decent FREE online classes you know of?

Being out of a high tech environment like that for so long with the technical knowledge required to perfrom the job well you'll probably have to start all over again.  You can't just walk back into a high tech job after being away from it for 5 years and expect nothing to change.  There is just too much happening and the technology moves forward way too fast.  It's hard enough to find work in that industry for the highly quyalified, for someone with no work experience over the last 5 years is just not going to happen.

Finding courses online will be difficult, How can you gain experience working with equipment that you don't have access too?  Finding any type of free training will be next to impossible.
