Any good Puertorican food in Houston?

Its our 12yr Anniversary and I want to take my wife out to eat some good PR food. Anyone know of any place?

The Tex Chick is really just a dive place not where you would want to go for an anniversary but if you want to try a place where the owner come out and takes your order and then prepares it like you are a guest in their home then this is the place for you.  Don't get discourage by the looks of the place of the neighborhood, the food is really good.  They are NOT open for dinner.
