Any good TV TUNERS for your computer???

Question

I would like a TV TUNER for my computer that can connect to my cable box where i can WATCH/RECORD TV SHOWS FROM THE CABLE BOX (where i can also watch/record something that aren't just local channels like USA, SPIKE, TV LAND, etc.)
