Any good and safe ideas for recycling molded foam?

What is the best way to dispose of this furniture and mattress foam, if no safe recycle is possible? This foam, common in dumps and yards across America, contains a toxic flame retardant.

YES get a can of M.E.K. this is a paint thinner pour it in a large container and slowly put the foam in it, it makes a good glue
