on the romance i've got 4 u the following: hana kimi, fruits basket, special a, vampire night, lovrly complex, please twins, 7th period is a secret, 1/3 boyfriend,(i think that's what it was called) hana yori dango,beastmaster, beauty is the beast,boys kingdom, swan lake, w juliet...i've got more, but it's too much i hope this help!

p.s. i strongly recomend the first 2, trust me!

I would suggest InuYasha and Fullmetal Alchemist as dark/funny animes. In the romantic/funny area I'd suggest Love Hina.
