wolf and spice,vampire knight,chobits,the melancholy of haruhi suzumia,chrono crusade,dragonaugt(sounds boyish and is a bit but relay romantic),ichigo 100%,elfin lied (kinda too violent and disturbing not relay for the faint of heart),ghost hunt,clannad,yourself myself,rosen Madden,amazing agent luna(manga),pumpkin scissors,love hina(lol,one of my faves),bamboo blade,and ruroni kenshin...these are just what i can think off on the top of my head...Happy viewing!^_^

Blood+ (a cool anime, but it isn't concentrated on relationships very much)

Shugo Chara- I really love this anime. The manga is wonderful.

Onegai Twins - it has a love triangle too. And is a funny anime. :)
